◇With the exception of Japanese and English, communication will be conducted using a translation application.
◇If there is any missing information, we will ask you for it.

◇We will reply with the amount of money and a brief description of the future flow of the project. We would be happy to schedule a contract with you after you have agreed to the terms of the contract.
◇If you wish to meet with us face-to-face once before signing the contract, you will be asked to pay 11,000 yen (tax included) per hour ; 5,500 yen (tax included) per 45 minutes thereafter. Please note that the 11,000 yen (tax included) will be deducted from the starting fee when you sign the contract, but any extensions will be at your own expense.

◇We will charge round-trip transportation fee from Kitasenju station before we visit the client’s designated location. If the one-way trip takes more than one hour, a separate fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) per 10 minutes will be charged in advance.
◇When visiting a private area such as a home, we will visit with two staff members. Please note that we charge two staff members for transportation and other expenses.
◇If you are able to come to our contracted meeting room (2 minutes walk from Ginza station, 5 minutes walk from Yurakucho station) , we do not charge any travel expenses. Please bear the cost of your transportation only.
